Harkins Celebrates the Groundbreaking of Villas at Lexwoods

On Friday, November 21st, Harkins joined Green Street Housing, TM Associates, Architecture by Design, and other project partners to celebrate the groundbreaking of Villas at Lexwoods in Lexington Park, MD!
This project will deliver 40 new affordable one-, two-, and three-bedroom townhomes, as well as a community building. Located next to the first phase we renovated in 2019, the former stormwater management pond was filled with dirt to accommodate for the addition to the community. All units are dedicated to residents with less than 40% AMI, with eight UFAS compliant units for those with disabilities.
