Harkins Celebrates Women in Construction Week 2026

In celebration of Women in Construction Week, Harkins partnered with NAWIC Baltimore Chapter #135 to host an interactive session on “Elevate Your Career, Self-Talk That Strengthens Your Leadership” at our headquarters on Monday, March 2nd.

Led by Rebecca Klein and Keith Scott of TALLsmall Productions, LLC., the program explored how our internal dialogue can affect confidence and leadership presence, offering us practical tools and guiding questions we can apply to reframe our thinking.
