Harkins Tops Out Ardmore House II

Ardmore House II reached a major milestone with its topping out ceremony on Monday, April 13th.
With framing now complete, the project continues to move forward as roofing, windows, and the weather barrier are being installed, bringing the building closer to becoming fully enclosed. Inside, MEP rough-ins are well underway and site utility work is nearing completion, showing strong progress across all areas of the project.
Once complete, Ardmore House II will deliver 48 thoughtfully designed one-bedroom homes for seniors, expanding the existing Ardmore House community and continuing to support affordable housing in the area.
