We’re excited to share that our Kindlewood Phase I project received ULI Virginia’s 2024 Jeffie Award for Affordable Housing!

The Jeffie Awards honor the people and projects that are shaping the future of Charlottesville and Central Virginia, recognizing those whose work improves lives through visionary developments and community-enhancing innovations.

Located in Charlottesville, VA, Kindlewood (formerly Friendship Court) includes 106 affordable units with a mix of townhome-style buildings and sustainable features, including certifications like Enterprise Green Communities and DOE Zero Energy Ready.
